Ingredients

10-12 servings
  1. 1 cupyellow cornmeal
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 3 tablespoonssugar
  4. 4 teaspoonsbaking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 cancreamed corn (14-15 ounce size can)
  7. 1 canregular corn (drained 14-15 ounce size can)
  8. 1 cupsour cream
  9. 3eggs slightly beaten
  10. 1 stick (1/2 cup)butter melted and cooled

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Grease and flour a large baking pan. (I use a disposable roaster pan)

  3. 3

    In a large bowl mix all the listed ingredients.

  4. 4

    Pour batter into greased and floured pan and bake for 45 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean. I let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
