Today I have made tasty delicious Rice Kheer.
Rice Kheer is basically a traditional sweets dessert, prepared during the all festivals and special occasions.
Steps

First wash the rice and then soak in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, strain the rice. Keep aside.

Soak the raisins in some water to allow them to swell. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts on medium heat. Remove and keep aside.

Transfer the milk to a heavy pan or kadai on medium heat, wait for it to come to a boil. After that, reduce the milk for about 15 minutes. Stir regularly so that the milk does not catch the bottom or sides of the pan.

Now add soaked rice to the milk and keep cooking on low flame until the rice is fully cooked and becomes thickens.

Now it is time to add the jaggery, it need to be sure of two things before that, rice should be fully cooked because after adding the jaggery, rice will not cook any further. And the kheer should be slightly thicker than actually want it as jaggery will loosen it up slightly.

Now turn off the flame and add jaggery, along with salt, soaked raisins and fried cashew nuts.

Then mix lightly everything, when jaggery is fully melted, keep aside for cool down to room temperature. Then keep in the fridge to cooling.

Now it ready to serve chilled.
