Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsraw rice
  2. 1tspn baking
  3. 1tspn yeast
  4. Onions
  5. Flour half of cup
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. 3tspn Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil half cup of white rice in a cooker until its soft, keep aside,

    Then in a bowl soak two and half cups of white rice for about 50min

  3. 3

    Then rinse the rice, transfer the cooked rice on it,

  4. 4

    Then add garlic, onions slice blend until it's turn into smooth batter!!

    After that seive your flour in the rice mixture, add salt, sugar, instant yeast, onions slice and a cup of water mix well until the batter is fluffy and lightly thicken...

    Beat the batter well then get your masa pan place on your stove heat for 2min

    Add in cooking oil on all the pan holes then add the batter mixture into the masa holes allow it to cook for some minutes

    Turn the back add some cooking oil allow it to cook for some minutes

    Serve with any favorite stew, sauce or soup of yours enjoy!! We normally made this masa with vegetable soup, kamonia, tandoori, etc

    Then cover the mixture, keep in a hot place for about 44 min

    Then take out the masa out from the pan... after that your masa(wainar) is done,

    So I served mine with vegetables soup
