Strifry spaghetti 🍝

Stir-fry spaghetti; A really suitable meal for iftaar or Sahoor. Contains veggies which provide essential nutrients that can promote overall health and reduce disease risk. Carrots have a high water intake which is an advantage for water hydration while green pepper contains lots of beneficial antioxidants and fibers. This recipe also requires little amount of oil which is healthy for a fasting person. My fam loves it whenever I make it and I hope yours will too.

In a pot, parboil your spaghetti, sieve in a siever and keep aside.

Cut your fried liver into small pieces to your taste.

Slice and dice your veggies which are your carrots and green pepper
- 4
In a non sticky pan, add oil, pepper mix and your preferred spices I.e onga, curry, salt, pepper and seasoning cubes then let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

After the pepper mix has cooked to a dark red, add in your carrots, liver and green pepper, mix them all with a spatula and allow it to cook for like a minute.

Add in your spaghetti little by little and keep stirring in the process. After it's done, cover with a lid and allow it to simmer for a bit.

Serve and enjoy your plate full of stir-fry spaghetti with meat of your choice.
