Heat pressure cooker, add pigeon pea, spinach, onion, tomato, 2cups water, mix cover& cook till 3whistle is given out, reduce heat cook for 5 more minutes

Put coconut, tamarind paste, green chillies in grinder jar add little water grind to a fine paste

While pressure reduce completely, remove the cover& mix well, place the cooker back on heat, add salt, turmeric powder, mix well let the mixture come to boil

Add ground paste mix well, simmer for 3minutes, add tampering of crushed garlic, let the mixture come to boil

Transfer to serving bowl& serve hot with rice/roti/chapati...
