Eat Clean Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl

Boil the vermicelli noodles, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside to drain. Wash the broccoli and briefly boil it in hot water. Peel and clean the shrimp, then finely chop. Thinly slice the shallot.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil, then sauté the shallot until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until done, then transfer to a plate. Lightly stir-fry the broccoli in the same pan.

Combine the cooked shrimp and broccoli in the pan. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and seasoning powder. Stir well to combine.

Sprinkle with black pepper for extra flavor. When serving, top with a little green onion. Enjoy immediately.
