Preheat your oven. Cream your sugar and butter till pale yellow in color or creamy.

Break your eggs in another bowl, squeeze lemon juice, add it to the eggs and whisk. Then be adding the eggs in batches to the creamy mixture.

Add salt, baking powder into the flour and sieve. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Then add in your flavors and mix slowly.

Place your cupcake liners inside the muffin tray and pour the batter.

Bake for 20mins on medium heat or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Then it's done.

Serve and enjoy!
