Sprinkle the pork shoulder with salt and coarsely ground pepper. Wrap it, and put it in the fridge for a day.

Cut 1 into 3cm pieces and grill with olive oil on a pan.

Put 600 ml of water in a pot and heat it. After it comes to a boil, add ② and bay leaves if you have them. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
