Make a rough paste from soaked lentil.

Take a pan and put 1tbsp oil and add the cumin seed,fennel seed and rough coriander seed in oil.

Then add a rough paste of daal and put pieces of green chilli and grated ginger,red chilli powder and salt into it

Then saute it for five minutes so that it becomes some dry and then at last add coriander leaves. Your filling is ready now.

Then take a dough of wheat flour and fill it with daal.Then roll it over the rolling board.

Heat the pan and put the paratha over it and bake it from both side with ghee or oil.Ready to serve with chuthey,raita, dahi etc.
