Cooking Instructions

Add water in cauldron along with salt,whole spices n bring it boil when it starts bubbling add in washed n soaked rice n wait till rice 3/4th done..

Saute the onion in heated oil till translucent than add in chopped tomatoes n cook till soften than add green chilies n cook for few minutes.

Now add marinated chicken in it n cook till oil separates. Than add mintango chutney n mix well.
When chicken gets tender add in 3/4th boiled rice.. - 4
Add some sliced onion,tomato, mintango chutney n mango pulp n cover..
Put it on dum for 5 minutes on high flame n 15 minutes on low flame.. - 5
Serve it..
