Take a bowl put besan, haldi powder, salt

Put water n make think paste but there should not be lumps

Take kadai put oil, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, onion an keep till onion changes to pink

An add thin besan, coriander leaves

Mix well an keep on low flame till it changes to thick batter
