It is a wonderful accompaniment to Dal Chawal.
Steps

Slice medium slices of bitter gourd.
- 2
Boil them by adding salt and drain excess water.
- 3
Make a slurry / batter by adding Besan + rice flour + salt + onion seeds + turmeric + red chilli powder + water as required. Make a thick batter.

Coat each slice in batter, coat very nicely and drop in heated oil, shallow fry both sides till golden brown.

Fritters is ready.

Sprinkle rock salt and serve with salad.
