Steps

Wash and Soak rice.rixe will be soaked until water boils.it will take 10 to 15 mins.Pour water in a wok.bring it to boil on medium flame.add black pepper,salt,dar cheni and laung.these spices are optional except salt.

Add vinegar and oil in water.strain water from rice. add rice on boiling.bring it to boil.stir once.

When rice are 3/4th done..turn off the flame. Strain water from wok.meanwhile heat up tawa.

Add rice again in wok after all water strained.Put wok over a heated tawa.turn the flame medium for 10 mins.cover with lid

Served hot bary bary nikhary nikhray rice with mix daa and keeri ki chatni.if rice is not settled.aur soggy and not looks dry.try my tip
