Grilled Paneer Salad Recipe for Weight Loss. A high protein and healthy diet recipe.
Steps

Heat a pan. Add olive oil. Add the whole paneer.

Sprinkle little salt on both sides. Grill well on both sides.

Remove the grilled paneer on a plate and set it aside.

In the same pan, add one more teaspoon olive oil. Add the chopped garlic. Saute for few seconds. Add the diced onions.

Saute the onions for a minute. Add green bell pepper and carrot and saute on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add little salt to taste.

Next add red chilli sauce and soya sauce and saute for few seconds. Add red chilli flakes and oregano. Mix it well.

Cut the grilled paneer into small cubes and add it to the pan. Mix it well and saute for two minutes on high flame.

Grilled Paneer Salad is ready. Serve it hot.
