Steps

Take a utensil heat up butter add onion and garlic,cook them until onion turns to lite brown in colour. switch off the gas and keep it to cool

Now take these onion, garlic in a mixer add tomatoes,ginger,curd,cummin,green chilli,cashew and musk melon seeds make a fine paste of all these

Take utensil heat a oil and add bay leaf all species(turmeric powder,coriander powder salt and garam masala) cook the speics for 5 second, immediately add the paste.cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Now add water and pieces of paneer to it and cook until oil comes out from the gravy.now serve this shaahi paneer in a plate and cut the other paneer in cookpad logo.and put over the gravy.shaahi paneer is ready.
