Wash and cut your fish and put in a pot, add in your ginger and garlic paste, grated Bell pepper, onions, Scott bonnet and peeled Irish potato, add in your seasonings

Then add water that will cover the ingredients and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes

Garnish with mint leaf n enjoy.
