Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces

In a lightly oiled pan put tomatoes,,garlic, green chilli, sprinkle chilli and turmeric powder with salt

Cook on medium heat until all the veg softened, take out the tomato skin add lemon juice And cook for further few minutes to thicken a bit

Cut the red onion thin add some freshly grated garlic and roasted red chilli
- 5
Mix with cooked tomatoes when the tomatoes are cool down add fresh coriander
