Steps

Mince the meat with parsley, mint leaf or oregano. But I used onions.

Then add in maggi, salt & mixed spices or any spices of choice

Mix every thing together.

Then steam in a steamer to harden it else it will crumble in oil.

Then cover each egg with minced meat & roll.

Then fry in hot oil until golden brown, serve with sauce & enjoy!🥚🍽😋😋😋 I served mine with peppered tofu.
