  • 1 cupblack eyed peas, soaked for 4-5 hours, PC with salt 3W
  • Thawed grated coconut
  • 1.5chillies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Hing
  • leavesOptional: curry
  • Chopped coriander
  • Grated ginger

Steps

    Heat oil in pan

  2. 2

    Splutter mustard seeds

  3. 3

    Add hing, grated ginger, chilli

  4. 4

    Add beans with some water

  5. 5

    Add grated coconut. Season with salt

  6. 6

    Cook for 2 minutes. Season with nimbu and garnish with coriander
