Ingredients

10 minutes
1-2 people
  • 2 slicesbread (I used sourdough)
  • 1 tintuna
  • Dollop of salad cream
  • handfulpickled cucumber (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • mozzarella Cheese

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Decant the tuna into a bowl and flake. Season with salt and pepper and add your salad cream to taste. Add in a few pieces of pickled cucumbers (pickled gherkins would also work well in this). Set aside.

    Toast your bread and apply some butter (optional). Add your tuna and top with grated mozzarella cheese

    Place under a hot grill for 5-10 minutes until cheese has bubbled and turned golden. Enjoy
