Recipe #1
In a pan heat up 1 Tbsp Mustard oil over medium heat,then add in 4-5 dried red chillies,1/2 inch Ginger,5-6 Garlic cloves and saute for a minute. - 2
Add in 2 Tomato cut into big chunks 1 Tsp Salt or to taste then give a stir add in 1 cup water cover and let it cook for 5 minutes or until tomato pieces are soft. Next add in 1/2 Tsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce mix and cook for 1-2 minutes turn off the heat and transfer it into a bowl.let the mixture cool down completely then make a fine paste out of it and your Momo Chutney will be ready.

For this Chinese dipping sauce in a bowl take 1 Tbsp of each Soya Sauce, Sesame oil, Rice Wine Vinegar,Chilli Oil and mix well.
Then add in some Sesame seeds,minced Garlic, chopped Spring Onions give a final mix and it's ready. - 4
Recipe #3
Roast and char 100 gram Tomatoes, peel off the skin. Transfer the tomatoes into a mixing jar along with 2-3 dried Red Chillies,2-3 Green Chillies,4-5 Garlic cloves,1 Tbsp lemon juice,1/2 Tsp Salt (to taste) and 1/2 Tsp Sugar. Make a fine paste out of it and your Momo Chutney is ready to be served.

Soak 25 gm Dried Red Chillies and 5-6 Garlic cloves in 150 ml vinegar for at least 5-6 hours or for over night.
After 5-6 hours transfer the soaked dried red chillies and garlic cloves into a mixing jar along with 1 tsp Salt and 1 Tbsp Mustard oil then make a fine paste out of it.Use the vinegar used for Chilli soaking to make the paste. This sauce will be a favourite of those who like spicy food. - 6
