Steps

Firstly socked rice and for half an hours. Also socked pistachios separately.

Futher blend rice in a blender and make a paste. Also make paste of pistachios.

Now boil milk and sugar.

And add rice paste.

Cook on slow fire till it becomes thick runny batter.

Add cardamom powder and pistachio paste into it.

Cook a bit till it becomes the smooth.

Fill in mud pots,it cool for about an hour.

Serve cold and garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
