  1. Salt
  2. White rice
  3. Nori
  4. Salted salmon, tuna Mayo, bonito flakes. Filling of some kind

    Cook rice in rice cooker with a piece of konbu.

    Bring salmon onto parchment paper and spread out allowing to cook enough to handle.

  3. 3

    Wet hands and dip fingers in salt rubbing on the inside of your hand to fully coat. This is salt the outside of the onigiri.

    Choose your filling. Put in center of rice ball and shape using both hands.

  5. 5

    Wrap in piece of nori. If using later save nori for then.
