Steps

Take a large plate add maida, salt and oil. Mix properly. Add water and knead a soft dough. Keep aside.

To make stuffing--- Take a kadhai add 1/2 tbsp oil then add onion, cabbage and salt saute it for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame. Stuffing is ready now.

Now take a small ball size
dough and roll it in circle shape. Fill 1/2 tbsp stuffing and seal the edges and give the shape of momos. - 4
Then take a large bowl add water and boil it. Take sieve on the top of bowl. Steam momos for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

Take it out in a plate. Momos are ready to eat. Serve hot with garlic chutney and cream......
