An innovative touch given by me to the simple boiled Jackfruit Seeds with an excellent Middle Eastern Herb called Sumac.
I love these Seeds a lot and do this whenever I get the Fruit. These Seeds are very nutritious and full of essential Vitamins and Minerals. Nothing much to do here at all. 3 ingredients and it's all done.
They are highly nutritious and aids in improving metabolism and thus helps in weight loss. Cures the problem of indigestion and maintaining cholesterol levels. All in all a lovely one. And not only that they are a good choice for all the weight watchers. One cup of sliced Jackfruit Seeds contains only about 155 calories and that is why they are a much healthier option.
Not to be eaten raw, this should always be boiled or roasted as they tend to be harmful if eaten raw. That's it. Nothing more! Nothing less! My family loves this and iam sure so does yours.
