In a bowl 🍚 add minced meat …seasoning.. scotch bonnet..onions…add bread crumbs..garlic and ginger..and green pepper..white pepper mix together

Flatten the minced meat and wrap it to the boiled egg..dip to the flour..then deep to the whisk egg …then dip to the breadcrumbs

For the left over crumbs …add the remaining flour..and remains eggs

Add and fry as a pancake 🥞
