Grilled vegetables: Slice the vegetables you are going to use into even slices and grill them with a splash of oil until golden. Before serving, add some flaky salt 🧂

Sweet potato chips 🍠: The key is to slice them thinly and evenly. Dry well and fry in sunflower oil 🌻 over medium-high heat. They cook very quickly, so watch them to avoid burning. Drain on paper towels and add salt and ground pepper at the last moment.

For the meat: Start by slowly confiting the sliced garlic over low heat until tender. This process takes at least 15 minutes. Then, in the same pan, remove the excess oil and add a teaspoon of concentrated beef sauce, which you will dilute with a little water and a few drops of liquid smoke for a smoky touch.

Cook the meat in another pan and sear lightly. I recommend cooking it to medium-rare and salting before serving. Place the garlic on top and add some flaky salt.
