Almond cake

Cut about 12 pieces of almonds in half, grease your baking pan with butter and line it with the almonds face down, dust it with flour and keep aside. Crush the remaining almond and keep aside

In a clean bowl, cream your butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add in your eggs one at a time until well coperated.add your vanilla flavor and keep aside

In another bowl sift your flour and baking powder. Add in crushed almonds

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, adding the milk at intervals, be careful not to overmix
- 5
Pour your batter into your baking pan and bake at 170° for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean
- 6
Let it cool down, then carefully remove from the pan and enjoy!
