Steps

We will make tutti frutti from watermelon rind (peel).
2. First we will remove the red portion of the watermelon rind(peel).Also remove the green part (peel).
3.cut in small cubes like tutti frutti.
4 Boil 4cup of water (according to watermeloncubes) and all watermelon cubes into
the water.
5.Coook for 5 minutes or until tutti frutti starts to look transparent.
6. Sieve the water out and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
7.In a big vessel add 1 cup of water 3 or 4 spoon 🥄 sugar. - 2

8.cook for 8to10 minutes or until the sugar syrup turns thick
9. Add vanilla extract 1drop
10. After about 15 minutes check it should not taste raw once ready. Switch off the heat.
11 Divide it 2part. Let's tutti frutti cool down.
12. Add food colors you want to put a little extra quantity of color. Let them soak for 2to 3 hour. After 3 hours seive out the water (syrup)
13. Put on a tray and spread tutti frutti evenly
14. Let it dry for about 12 to 13 hours or until completely dry. - 4
And store in the fridge and enjoy on the cake, ice cream and dessert decorations
