Cooking Instructions

After you clean the beef, cut it to the desirable eating size

Ground all the ingredients on the grounded ingredient section start from the dry one, then mix it with the wet ones

In a cooking pan, put a little bit of oil and then fry the grounded ingredients until you smell the scents. Don't forget the salt.

Add 1 l of coconut milk and the other ingredients

Add the beef
- 6
Steer the pan once in a while so that the coconut milk still intact and there's no unevenness on the seasoning

Cook for at least 4 hours or until it becomes oily and pasty

This dish is so delicious that when I lived in Malaysia, I was addicted to it.I recreated it easily using a pressure cooker.If you are using coconut cream, use half coconut cream and half water to adjust the consistency. Use long grain rice or Thai rice for a more authentic taste. If you are using Japanese new crop rice, you may want to reduce the amount of coconut milk to the same amount as the rice.
