Ingredients

  1. 500 grbeef (I prefer using tenderloins)
  2. 1 litercoconut milk
  3. 5 cmcinnamon
  4. 2stems of lemongrass (pounded to release the aroma)
  5. 5-10kaffir limes leaves
  6. Grounded Ingredients
  7. 10-15shallots
  8. 6-8garlic
  9. 5 cmginger
  10. red chilli peppers (adjust to your spicy level)
  11. 1 table spooncoriander seeds
  12. 5 cmturmeric
  13. 5 cloves(at least)
  14. halfnutmegs
  15. (at least) 5 cardamom dried seeds
  16. (at least) 3 star anise
  17. salt

Cooking Instructions

    After you clean the beef, cut it to the desirable eating size

    Ground all the ingredients on the grounded ingredient section start from the dry one, then mix it with the wet ones

    In a cooking pan, put a little bit of oil and then fry the grounded ingredients until you smell the scents. Don't forget the salt.

    Add 1 l of coconut milk and the other ingredients

    Add the beef

  6. 6

    Steer the pan once in a while so that the coconut milk still intact and there's no unevenness on the seasoning

  7. 7

    Cook for at least 4 hours or until it becomes oily and pasty
