Add curd and water as required in semolina, mix and keep covered for 30 minutes.

After this, add salt and oil and mix it by adding water as required. add eno and mix.

Heat a pan, spread oil in it and pour the prepared batter. For topping, put onion and green coriander on it and cook it for some time by covering it on low flame.

Cook on medium flame for 1 minute after the color changes from above. Serve hot semolina uttapam with coconut chutney.
