Stuffed crispy meatballs

Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar and water combine to form a dough and allow rest for 30mins

Put your veg oil on pan and fry your onions, then add the minced meat and stir continously while adding seasoning cubes, curry, garlic and scotch bonnets.

Cover for some minutes till d meat changes colour

Make small ball flatten it with your palms add your mince meat sauce and roll it to form balls

Mix flour and water to form paste
- 6
Fry it in hot oil till golden brown.

Dip the stuffed meatballs in the flour mix first then bread crumbs
