Place piece of bread on a cutting board and trim the crusts

With a rolling pin, roll your bread flat

At one end of the bread place your filling as a small strip and roll it up
Repeat on all slices - 4
In a shallow dish combine sugar and cinnamon
Mix well - 5
In another shallow dish combine eggs and milk
Whisk well - 6
Heat a pan over low-medium heat
Melt the butter to coat pan - 7
Coat your bread rolls in egg mixture

Place in pan with your seam down

Cook until golden brown, turning to brown all sides
