Place the pastry one by one on a dry worktop and thaw well at room temperature for about 2 hours. Then take your puff pastry sheets and spoon in cherry pie filling. Fold as shown. use a fork to seal the edges well.

Arrange it in a baking tray. Brush beaten egg yolk on top for the shiny finish.

Bake in the preheated oven at200• c for about 30 mins until they rise and brown slightly.Then finally Serve it.
