  2. 1 cantable cream
  3. 3 1/2 ozcilantro (about 100 grams)
  4. 1poblano pepper
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1/4onion
  7. salt to taste

    First, cook the pasta in water with a generous amount of salt. Once cooked, drain the water and set aside.

    Roast the poblano pepper, remove the seeds, and place it in the blender.

    Add the table cream, cilantro, garlic, and a small piece of onion to the blender (lightly roast the garlic and onion on a griddle).
