Wash n Soak rice for time

Take oil in pressure cooker (don't use much oil b.c of meat) add onions and make they slight pink brown then add ginger garlic paste zeera and stir then add meat

Add meat and all spices on them. Add tomatoes n stir well ass oil you seen on top

Put 1 cup water n pressure it for 20 to 25 mints. mean while peel n cut potatoes n boil then with little salt n food colour

Put zeera green chillies n bay leaves in water n boil with rice

Spread boil rice and spread gravy step by step

Garnish with fresh veggies n cover for 8 to 10 mints on low flame.

Pour food colour

And serve with salad n raita
