Boil the arbi in a pressure cooker for 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a Karachi, add ajwain seed. After a few second add chopped garlic. When it turns golden in colour add chopped onion chopped ginger and green chilli.

Cook for two minutes. Add boiled arbi. Cook on a medium flame for two minutes. Add salt, coriander powder, chat masala and garam masala powder. Cook for two minutes. Then add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
