Assemble ingredients

In moderately heated pan add oil, add cumin seeds + green chilli and allow to crackle, then add potato cubes + ginger and stir fry for around 2 minutes.
Then add soaked Sabudana pearls and stir gently. - 3
Add peanuts + chopped coriander + sugar and mix gently, cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add Lemon juice, Simmer and cook further for 2-3 minutes till moisture evaporates.

Now Khichdi is ready for lunch box.
