2 cupsMilk powder
Dussehra Special Sweet Malai Kesar Pedha
3/4 cupcow Milk (preboiled)
Vrat Special Royal Kesari Makhana Kheer
1/2 cupSugar
1 tablespoonSaffron infused milk
1 tablespoonGhee melted
1 tablespoonMilk cream

First, mix all the ingredients in a Microwave safe glass bowl. Whisk well. You will get a smooth and lump free mixture.

Then keep in microwave on 400 watts and cook till for 5 minutes, stirring after every minute. Cook further same way till the moisture has been absorbed.

Cook till you have a grainy, khoya like mixture. Take out and keep on counter. Then mix this well with a spoon or spatula. Keep covered for 10 minutes.

Then open and knead it well till smooth. Then take small balls from mixture. Give them shapes of pedha.

Garnish with saffron strands. Serve on special occasions. Enjoy!
