In a bowl sieve Besan and set aside

In a wok add 2 Tbsp ghee and 4 Tbsp milk and bring it to boil, add to Besan and mix well while it’s warm, you shall get a crumbly texture, set aside

In a wok add sugar and water and bring it to medium flame to make syrup of 1.5 thread consistency, set aside

In a wok heat ghee and add the crumbly texture Besan and stir continuously to get a golden colour on low flame stirring for 15-20 mins

Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well. Set aside and add sugar syrup and stir continuously until thick

Grease a baking tray and add this mixture to it, add chopped almonds and pistachios and press with a spatula
- 7
Cool completely before you demould.

Plate and enjoy
