  3. 4 tespbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tespbaking soda
  5. 90 grampowder sugar
  6. 90 gramvanilla custard powder
  7. 1/2 tespsalt
  8. Wet ingredients
  9. 226 grambutter (unsalted)
  10. 2eggs
  11. 3/4 cupbuttermilk

    Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt,

    Baking powder, vanilla custard powder and

    Sugar and combine well.

    Add butter and rub it in using your finger tips until you get a crumbly mixture.

    Now add eggs and buttermilk

    And make dough.

    Then transfer the dough to a slightly floured surface.
    Spread the dough using a rolling pin or your palm.

    Dip your cookie cutter in flour as you cut out each piece.

    Place on a prepared baking tray. Brush the top with milk.

    Bake in a preheated at 180c for 18 minutes or until slightly golden brown on top.
