Ingredients

  • for vegetable mixture
  • 2 TablespoonsBeetroot grated,
  • 2 TablespoonsCarrot grated,
  • 2 TablespoonsGreen peas
  • 2 TablespoonsPotato grated,
  • 2 TablespoonsWater
  • To TasteSalt
  • for maggi
  • 1⁄ 2 Packets Maggi noodles
  • 3⁄ 4 Cups Water (12 tbs)
  • other ingredients
  • 2 TablespoonsRefined oil (as needed)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a microwave safe bowl, place all ingredients of the vegetable mixture, cover and microwave for 3 minutes, allow to cool until managable to handle.

  2. 2

    In the mean time, cook maggi along with water as per the package instructions, allow to slightly cool.

  3. 3

    Brush a heated griddle with oil, place the tikkis, brush the top side with oil, cook over low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Serve with your choice of beverage.
