Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cupsripe black olive
  • 1/2 cupgreen olive stuffed with pimento peppers
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonsDijon Mustard
  • 2-3filet of anchovies
  • 1 tablespoonvery good extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop your olives add to the bowl.

    Mix all the ingredients chopping up the anchovies

    Some put in a blender or food processor or serve it rustic like I did

    This can be used like a relish on a sandwich, on top of humus, as a sauce
