  • 2 bigPotato
  • as required water mix with salt
  • as per requirementOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut potato in wafer shape in water

  2. 2

    Pat them dry

  3. 3

    Now put oil in a kadhai on full flame make it hot

  4. 4

    Add potato in batches in it

  5. 5

    When cooked 70% add salt water 2 spoons

  6. 6

    Serve with ketchup
