  • 2tblspn all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste

    Knead a dough with all ingredients.

    Use Lukewarm water for kneading.

  3. 3

    Leave the dough must for 30 minutes.cover it

  4. 4

    After 30 min again knead dough.if you touch with finger it must bounce back.

  5. 5

    Roll the dough.keep the thickness of a cd.

  6. 6

    Cut shapes.

  7. 7

    Start deep frying

    Frying is a tricky part

    While frying you hv to move hands to n fro very fast so it can take a perfect shape of gol gappa otherwise it will become a papri

  10. 10

    Serve with chick peas meethi chutni onion gol gappa water(as usual I forgot to take the picture) n green raita
