Steps

Soak Gelatin in cold water. Keep it aside.

Heat milk, then add sugar, when it dissolves add the coffee mix. (mix the coffee powder with 2 tbsp warm milk). Stir it well. Add gelatin mix. Stir it well 2 min.
Remove from heat. Cool it at room temperature. - 3
Whip the cream till frothy, then transfer the whipped cream to the coffee mix. Blend it well. Transfer it into the pudding mould. Refrigerate it 20 min.

Decorate it with chocolate curls & praline
