Take one egg and fully mix with pepper and salt

Put soy sauce and mix well

Add water half and mix then put all water and well mix

Prepare the steam cooker and preheated for 3-5 mins

Put the shrimp before steaming and mix well and cover with a kitchen towel or aluminum foil paper

Steam for 10 mins and open the lid at 10 mins time. Stop the fire and leave the egg in the steam cooker for another 2 mins before serve
