150 gmscurd
80 gmsugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 spooncardomom powder
1/2 cupwater or milk
3 dropsrose water

Adjust the consistency of the curd by adding water or milk. It should not be very thick or very thin.

Now add chopped nuts along with cardamon powder to the curd. Mix nicely.

Add sugar only when it is ready to serve for bhog otherwise sugar extract water with curd and the mixture will become thinner.
