Put egg, milk, sugar, salt and pure ghee in the mix bowl, whisk to combine. Add the water, whisk to combine. After that cake flour into the mixing bowl, stir to continue. Cover for 10 minutes.

On the surface bring the dough to knead until smooth. Grease pure ghee over the bowl. Put the dough in cover for 1 hour.

After 1 hour bring to the surface again, scale 50 g per each. Mix with pure ghee and fold it 3x. Shape into a ball. Cover for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a sheet. Heat the pan, add pure ghee. Fry over medium heat, add mozzarella cheese until fold into the square turn to golden brown. Flip the other side, fry until turn to golden brown. Topped with condensed milk. Ready to serve.
