#JSC...Mithai loaded with malai, ghee and dry fruits is most important aspect of Krishna Janam and Nand Utsav so here is two quick mithai which can offered to Gopala

Almond Ladoo - In a thick bottom pan, add ghee, malai and sugar, elachi...keep mixing for 5 to 10 mins till sugar melts and then add almond powder which was made by grinding almond in a mixture

If u want u can also roast almonds slightly and then make the powder and add it....mix everything well till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan..

Completely cool it down and then roll the Ladoo and place almond on it

PAN PEDA - In a thick bottom pan, add ghee, malai, khoya or milk powder, elachi, kesar...keep mixing and ensure it does not stick the pan

Now add sugar, coconut, colour, pista powder and mix all well...let it cook on slow flame for 10 mins or so until it becomes thick mixture.

Finally add chopped pan leaves and Gulkand. Cook for few mins and remove in a plate...cool it down completely

Grease some ghee on palms and roll the peda and put cashew on it and put it refrigerator and then serve it
